Booking and payment

Direct bookings are subject to the accommodation, dates, guest count, total price including taxes and mandatory fees, and payment and cancellation conditions disclosed before binding confirmation. You receive confirmation and the agreed terms in a form you can retain. An availability enquiry alone is not a confirmed booking.

Cancellation

Accommodation for specific dates is excluded from the usual 14-day withdrawal right (Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code). Cancellation follows the conditions accepted when booking; statutory rights for breach of contract remain unaffected.

Complaints and disputes

Report service defects promptly to the operator at the email above or at the guesthouse. Depending on the defect, you may request a remedy, a proportionate price reduction or termination where the law allows. You receive written confirmation of your complaint and its resolution. We resolve complaints and inform you of the outcome within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, you can seek alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI): ČOI — ADR
